I am a freelance illustrator from the New York metro area. I paint mainly horror, sci-fi, and fantasy. Also I do low budget special effects makeup and some photography on the side. At times I even do cosplays, in which I make and dress up as a character from a video game, movie, or tv show.

….this was made with 40? Nahhh I cant believe that. So 40 copics 4$ each = 160$ and this pieces is only 40 markers…I rather ink and watercolors, last longer.
Copics is not everything as of right now it looks like a fad/mainstream project itself dont it?
40?!?!! 40?!?!?! REALLY!?!? DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO BLEND OR MIX COLOURS?!!! I seriously count a max of 5-6 colours here. If you needed to use 40 on something like this, then you seriously need to learn about how to mix colours.
And yes! Copics are like the “elitist” marker tool now. Yes I own copics, but they’re more for colour blocking when I’m sketching out a painting.
